About Us

A-Horizon Ventures was founded to promote low-input carbon-sequestration and the building of soil organic carbon. “A-Horizon” is a reference to the soil-profile layer in which the most biological activity occurs.

The company was founded in early 2018 by Justin McDavid, a User Experience Researcher and Designer specializing in technical, high-complexity fields.
